Services: In-Home

In-home support provides home care visits that allow biological families to stay together.  In-home assistance, combined with the activities of daily living, creates an ideal arrangement for individuals who wish to remain at home with their families.  We provide substantial and regular support to both the person and his/her family in order to maximize the growth of each individual.

Support is provided…

• That enables a person to access and use community resources such as instruction in using transportation, communication assistance, and services to assist the person in shopping, enjoying social activities, and other necessary activities of community life.
• That assists a person in developing and maintaining financial stability and security, such as plans for achieving self-support; general banking; personal and estate planning; balancing accounts; and record-keeping.
• That enables a person to participate in community projects, associations, groups, and functions, such as support that assists a person to participate in a volunteer association or a community work project.
• That enables a person to visit with friends and family in the community.
• That enables a person to participate in public and private boards, advisory groups, and commissions.
• That enables a person to exercise rights as a citizen, such as assistance in exercising civic responsibilities.
• During overnight hours when a person needs the service to protect their health and welfare.
